Love your Mate

Just like the glow in this young bride's face, love in her heart and guidance from God, we too can find these trademarks in our daily life toward our mate. I love the month of February, in other blogs I have confessed this is my favorite month.
Special cards, romantic dinners and some couples take fun trips this time of the year. So before this month ends, if you have not done something special for your mate. Do it now, do it quick!
Now I have to get busy, I have a craft show first weekend of March at the Women's Ministry for Salvation Army. Easter is just around the corner, I have got to decorate the house.

Love is in the air

I love the month of February! It is all about the heart, color of red and the 24/7 love of Jesus.

Valentine's Day Parties

What a great time of the year to have a party. Nothing gets the party started better than the color red as decorations, lite candles and plenty of treats.

Having a wonderful, sparkling, cheerful hostess is not a bad way to start off your party. You can have games, go bowling or go to your favorite pizza place or have pizza delivered.

This beautiful lace table topper will get any hostess great compliments.

Winter Hat

This is one of my favorite models. She is wearing a winter hat my Mom had given me. At one point she is trying to flip the hat off with her head. I guess it is not easy to hold a pose at 2 years old.

Macroni Casserole

This casserole is a favorite of my husband's and he has been so kind to share his family recipe with me and with all of you fellow bloggers.

Ingredients:
Elbow maraconi pasta (16 oz)
Ground beef (3 lbs)
Cheddar or colby cheese (3 lbs)
Spaghetti Sauce (1 qt)
Milk (16 oz)
Worcestershire Sauce (3 oz)

Preparations:
Cook beef on low heat in skillet, drain off excess grease. Add Worcestershire sauce and stir into cooked beef. Boil Macaroni at rolling boil 8-10 minutes. Slice cheese in 1/4 inch thick slices.

Place layer of macaroni in bottom of casserole dish, next thin layer of beef over macaroni. Pour approximately 6 to 8 oz of spaghetti sauce over ground beef and macaroni so that it seeps down into the casserole. Next place layer of cheese tightly together over beef.

Repeat layering steps two more times. Three (3) layers total. Pour small amount of milk so that liquid is 1/4 inch down from top layer of cheese. Pre heat over to 350 degrees and bake for one hour.

Bring out of oven to set. Set 30-45 minutes as this allows the slices to serve easier. Enjoy!

Christmas at Home

I love this red stem ware. A great accent for any of your holiday dinners.

Merry Christmas to all my customers and friends of Tea Time Consultants. We have had a very blessed year.

Hope you and your family have a very happy and safe Holiday. This year my husband will be treating me to a very wonderful treat for dinner, he will be taking over the kitchen to prepare his great savory macaroni, beef and cheese casserole. It comes out like a cake and has to be sliced to be served on the plates.

I do not know what he will choose for dessert, but he is great with pumpkin pies.
