Anyone who is in business, knows the first customer is the hardest customer to obtain. After the sale, what can you do to keep your customer coming back to your business?
You want a Happy Customer! A customer, who can not say enough good thoughts about you and your company. If you have employees, be sure they greet each customer with a smile and offer help if needed. With every transaction, be sure to have the WOW factor:
Wrap their purchase with fresh tissue paper when packaging. Make a special home delivery. If your customer is looking for something you do not have, be helpful in locating that item, even if it needs to be a call to a competitor. Each sales invoice should have a Thank You imprinted on the invoice or handwritten.
Always let your customer know how much you appreciate them and ask how you can improve their shopping experience.

Fun Project
Decorating my home and customers' homes are the best times I have at using my creative thinking side of my brain. I love color and spend a lot of time in comparing tints and shades of various color blends. This project has some beautiful colors and more can be shown by using glass objects to help reflect the light.
Tools needed: Scissors, damp cloth, clean dry jar, water and decals
Lightly wipe decal with a damp cloth or paper towel in order to smooth out any bubbles. Allow to dry. Option: Apply a coat of clear varnish over the object to seal the decal.
Tools needed: Scissors, damp cloth, clean dry jar, water and decals
Directions: First wet the area where the decal will be applied. Cut loosely around decal and place in a bowl of tepid water.
Wait 30 seconds or so until you can 'feel' the decal separate from the paper. Then carefully slide decal onto surface. Be careful not to crease the decal.Lightly wipe decal with a damp cloth or paper towel in order to smooth out any bubbles. Allow to dry. Option: Apply a coat of clear varnish over the object to seal the decal.
