This casserole is a favorite of my husband's and he has been so kind to share his family recipe with me and with all of you fellow bloggers.
Ingredients:
Elbow maraconi pasta (16 oz)
Ground beef (3 lbs)
Cheddar or colby cheese (3 lbs)
Spaghetti Sauce (1 qt)
Milk (16 oz)
Worcestershire Sauce (3 oz)
Preparations:
Cook beef on low heat in skillet, drain off excess grease. Add Worcestershire sauce and stir into cooked beef. Boil Macaroni at rolling boil 8-10 minutes. Slice cheese in 1/4 inch thick slices.
Place layer of macaroni in bottom of casserole dish, next thin layer of beef over macaroni. Pour approximately 6 to 8 oz of spaghetti sauce over ground beef and macaroni so that it seeps down into the casserole. Next place layer of cheese tightly together over beef.
Repeat layering steps two more times. Three (3) layers total. Pour small amount of milk so that liquid is 1/4 inch down from top layer of cheese. Pre heat over to 350 degrees and bake for one hour.
Bring out of oven to set. Set 30-45 minutes as this allows the slices to serve easier. Enjoy!

Christmas at Home
I love this red stem ware. A great accent for any of your holiday dinners.
Merry Christmas to all my customers and friends of Tea Time Consultants. We have had a very blessed year.
Hope you and your family have a very happy and safe Holiday. This year my husband will be treating me to a very wonderful treat for dinner, he will be taking over the kitchen to prepare his great savory macaroni, beef and cheese casserole. It comes out like a cake and has to be sliced to be served on the plates.
I do not know what he will choose for dessert, but he is great with pumpkin pies.

Little Lights
The mantel is perfect for these little lights. Shown here are pink glass cake platters and mirrors help to show off the lights. Christmas decorating is so much fun at our house. We mix the old with the new.
With the Lights
When decorating our homes, I have found that lighting makes all the difference in the world. The lights give an inviting, warm feeling to anyone coming into the room.
So for the Thanksgiving Holiday, remember your little white lights for the warm invitation to your dining room, guest room, or vanity.

Tea Vocabulary
High Tea to some tea drinkers represents an afternoon of pleasurable socializing with friends. In the Victorian times, high tea was the working man's last meal of the day. An earlier supper which allowed him to get to bed before dark, it also provided him with the substenance needed to perform hard labor. A combination of hot dishes, chicken, game or ham served with salads, breads, cheeses, and an endless assortment of cakes and condiments, this meal consisted of anything available in the pantry. For the most, it was the bridge between a light brunch and simple breakfast.
Afternoon Tea, on the other had, was generally a custom for higher society, whether that of the aristocracy or the prosperous middle and upper-middle classes. A delicate affair, this meal was served in the late afternoon, long after lunch and several hours before dinner. It was appreciated as much for the company as for the meal. It became an excellent reason for an invitation extended or visit made.
The freshly brewed tea is too hot to gulp, but it will cool. You can simply sit and wait until the boiling liquid settles into comfortable warmth.

Clutter Queen
AFTER
I have been taking lessons from my friend, America's De-Clutter Queen, Cyndy Salzman. My upstairs office was a complete mess. It took me twice as long to get tasks accomplished because of my clutter.
First, I decided what I really needed within my reach when working at the office. Second, I wanted to choose colors that would inspire me, motivate me to do my work in my office and not in front of the TV. My colors were going to be black and white with red leather accents.
I moved everything off the work area, made two stacks. One for filing and one for work to be done. Since I am a designer and decorator, I organized my decorating magazine in a stand up file. The more paper in a stand up file, the less area is taken up on top of the work area. Make and label file folders as necessary.
I do keep my printing paper near my printer, however, you could place the paper on a table below the printer in order to give you more work area.

Shown here at Tomball Arts & Crafts, one of the many great dealers demostrating the versatile ways to carry one purse. Sharon of Miche Bags has been selling these wonderful bags since April. Her inspiration and retail sales experience makes it so exciting to see how these bags can transform from one color and style into another color with the same purse.

Fall Activities
This first picture has my egg plant I purchased at the Tomball Farmers Market. It was great! Fresh tasting and the owner gave out plenty of egg plant receipes. Now is the season I get busy with all the craft shows for my lace business. The shows are wonderful excitement in the air. We all learn new trends from the other vendors, also what new craft shows are coming up in the area.

Arts & Crafts
Where can you find over 250 Artist & Crafters? Just look at Tomball Arts & Crafts Showcase in Tomball, TX. This shop is always so busy and never too busy to help a customer find that special find.
I interviewed with the owner, Terri Methvin, who has been in the business 15 years. Terri and her husband, Benny, operate this 15,000 sq ft craft mall. The shop is located at 1222 W. Main (FM 2920), Tomball, TX 77375
Beautiful fall displays show the talented decorators using reds, oranges and bright yellows to attract eager shoppers. They offer Country, Victorian and Shabby Chic home decor. Terri said her best selling items were the outdoor garden and lawn ornaments.
Many of the dealers have a great variety of hand made crafts and home decor gifts to show in their booths. Great shop for antiques and collectibles.
Starting the month of September, a number of dealers will be presenting their crafts on Saturday morning demostrations. For a fun shopping experience, contact Terri 281-357-0748.

Wonderful Giver
I am usually blogging about my lace business and all the projects that keep me busy. All of this is possible for me by my best friend and buddy. He is so giving! As a blood donor he has given over 105 gallons to the Gulf Coast Blood Center.
Today he will be going to the blood center. It does not matter how many hours of work he has already contributed, he makes time to give his donation. God made a very special man when he made my husband.
The balloon photo is taken last year on a beautiful fall morning near College Station. It was hubby's first flight. He really enjoyed the trip and took some great photos from the sky. If possible, get outside today, enjoy your life and be thankful there are wonderful givers here on earth.
Kisses & Sparkles from your blissful blogger!!
